We’re excited to kick off another great year of cricket at Maffra Cricket Club!
All of our teams are back in action, and we can’t wait to see everyone out on the field.
Junior Programs
🟢 Woolworths Cricket Blast
Starts Thursday, 13th November
4:30pm – 5:30pm
🔵 Develop Side (Under 13s)
Training: Thursdays, 4:30pm – 5:30pm (during school term)
Games: Saturdays, 8:30am
🟡 Under 13s
Training: Thursdays, 4:30pm – 5:30pm (during school term)
Games: Saturdays, 8:30am
🔴 Under 16s
Training: Thursdays, 4:30pm – 5:30pm (during school term)
Games: Saturdays, 8:30am
Senior Teams
⚪ Senior A, B, C & D Grade
Training: Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:30pm onwards
Games: Saturdays from 1:00pm
⚫ Women’s Senior Team
Training: Monday evenings from 5pm
Games: Tuesdays from 5:30pm
All new players are welcome across every age group and grade, come and join the Eagles family!
New Committee for the 2025/26 season!
Chris Francis announced as new President for MCC
The Maffra Cricket Club are excited to welcome Chris Francis as the new President for the 2025/26 season. Chris is an experienced committee member, long term cricket player and previous junior coach. We know the club are in safe hands with Chris.
Trivia Night
Our first social event of the season is Trivia Night on Saturday, 18th October from 7:00 pm.
💰 Tickets:
$10 per person
$90 per table (up to 10 people per table)
Ground & Maintenance Update
We’ve been busy over the off-season, with a new wicket being laid on our main oval.
A huge thank you to all the volunteers who’ve helped make this possible, it’s a big job that takes plenty of time and patience.
Throughout October, we’ll be relocating home fixtures while the wicket settles.
Here’s hoping for plenty of sunshine to help things along!
